  occupies five acres. Being closer to the Blue Mountains this vineyard would be expected to get more rainfall than Cougar Hills, but this is not the case. The elevation is slightly higher than Cougar Hills, which is expected because the further west you go, you eventually end up at sea level. Noble Rock is in the newly established "The Rocks of Milton-Freewater" AVA.
